Application to upgrade existing telecommunications aerial (mobile phone) at Blackstone House

CityWest Homes has received an application to upgrade the existing telecommunications aerial (mobile phone) at Blackstone House on the Churchill Gardens estate.

The upgrade will include connecting the aerial to the fibre network to improve 4G coverage. To do this the applicant will need dig on a number of areas of the estate to connect from the fibre source on Lupus Street to Blackstone House.

Details of the proposed digs can be found here. A copy can also be viewed at the CityWest Homes South Area Service Centre at 137 Lupus Street, SW1.

CityWest Homes is currently reviewing the application to make sure that it is technically feasible, that the properties and estate areas are protected and that the plans take into account any recent or planned major works or repairs. All digs on the estate will be surrounded by barriers and fencing with each having signage including details of who to contact if you have any issues. Once complete, the applicant will reinstate the areas to match the existing condition.

If you have any specific queries about the plans or concerns you want to highlight as part of the review please let the resident relations team know on 020 7245 2922 (press option 2 and then option 1) or residentrelationssouth@cwh.org.uk. Please send any feedback that you have by 30 May 2017.
