Our Board is made up of Non-Executives (independents and residents), Councillors and the Chief Executive of CityWest Homes. As part of our succession planning, we are now looking for two residents to join the Board as Non-Executive Directors.
We are looking for committed and insightful residents - tenants or leaseholders - who want to make a real difference by representing the voice of residents on our Board. We need people with the energy and desire to make sure the views of residents are heard and to help shape the future of CityWest Homes and the services we provide.
We are particularly interested in people who are knowledgeable and passionate about using technology to help improve the customer experience. You don’t have to be an IT expert but a keen interest in this area would be an asset as we look to modernise and improve our service delivery. Having experience in building, commerce or finance would also be helpful skills to complement our Board.
