New builds get the go ahead

CityWest Homes have announced plans to create more new homes in Westminster.

Two new properties will be built at Repton House on the Lillington and Longmoore estate, and the Grosvenor and Regency estate office at Tothill House will be converted back into its original use as a two-bedroom flat.

Work will begin towards the end of September after planning permission for the works was granted by Westminster City Council.

Dave Harrison, director of property and development for CityWest Homes said:

“These new properties show how we are working to get the most out of the money and space that we have available to provide quality homes and help meet the demand for housing in Westminster.”

The works at Tothill House are scheduled to start towards the end of September 2012.

The estate team there will temporarily moved to the Pimlico estate office while these works are being carried out, before moving back to Tothill House, in an office underneath the new flat.

At Repton House, Lillington and Longmoore estate, we are building two new properties in the undercroft of the building and would like to start work in early autumn.

As Repton House is a listed building, CityWest Homes received planning permission by developing a design which keeps inline with the original design of the building.
