Each year resident representatives are invited by CityWest Homes to choose the improvements they would like to see in our service which are then featured in the coming year’s ‘Annual report for residents on the standards’.
The three main areas for improvement from the 30 overall are:
• Aim to identify and rectify defects in major works schemes within three months of the end of the defects liability period
• Continue to improve our approach to identifying tenancy fraud so it is more easily spotted and increase the number of properties we recover
• Take robust and early enforcement action including legal action where justified to deal with anti-social behaviour.
