We are keen to expand our client base and believe that the range of skills that we have would be ideally suited to providing development management services to other organisations. Our combination of recent knowledge and experience gained in public sector procurement and finance; allied with our commercial awareness from the private sector makes us ideally placed to provide turnkey project management from conception to completion for other Local Authorities, housing associations, registered housing providers and charity funded organisations and similar organisations.
All projects are either being undertaken on behalf of Westminster City Council or Westminster Community Homes. We are currently involved in many projects which are in varying stages of development, ranging from initial feasibility studies to attending to defects following completion of build. The schemes range in scale from single dwellings to mixed use developments comprising of fifty four dwellings combined with five thousand square metres of health / community use facilities. Build costs vary between £100,000 and £20m.
