Welcome to the central area service centre which serves the Lisson Green, Church Street, Marylebone and St John's Wood villages. The new service centre has been designed to make our services more accessible and locally accountable.
We have a range of specialist services available from the new service centre including anti-social behaviour and debt advice, as well as our housing management team and estate surveyors.
In addition to the area service centre, we continue to provide a housing management service from the estate offices in St John's Wood and Church Street.
CityWest Homes holds regular residents meetings and surgeries at the service centre, which are advertised on our village web pages. We are always happy to hear your views on our service so please do come along to any of these events.
Projects and performance team
Managed by Shaun Qureshi, the team are responsible for managing complex and challenging tenancy issues in Marylebone, Church Street, St John's Wood and Lisson Green.
The team specialise in dealing with anti-social behaviour issues and work closely with other agencies such as the youth service, the local safer neighbourhoods team, our community safety team and Westminster City Council.

The team is responsible for ensuring that the organisation engages with its residents in an effective and positive way. They are our champions in sorting local residents concerns and issues. They also carry out all consultation on better homes work, and provide many activities for our residents including events, lunch clubs and resident engagement. They are responsible for overseeing the management of our residents' halls.
